Chakradance: Sacral Chakra

Join us on January 19, from 6-8PM for a transformative two-hour workshop focused on awakening your sacral chakra. In this two-hour event, you will be guided through the inner realms of your sacral chakra by experienced Chakradance Facilitator Jacynthe (Jaz) Villemaire. She will guide you in a journey within so you can awaken and balance your sacral chakra to enhance your wellbeing. Through meditation and spontaneous movement to chakra-resonant music, you’ll experience a release of blocked energy. You might also meet your Inner Goddess and receive guidance to heal your life.
