5 Reasons Why the new moon is the perfect time to set new intentions

Friendly Note: Harness the Wisdom of the Moon's Cycles for More Flow in Life and Business

I hope this note finds you well! I wanted to share something that has been incredibly transformative for me lately — tapping into the wisdom of the moon's cycles. It has been an inspiring journey, filled with soulful insights and valuable lessons about conscious co-creation. Even the challenges I encountered along the way have deepened my wisdom.

During the past lunation cycle, as I explored my zodiac chart, I discovered that the energy influencing me was all about cocooning, self-reflection, and delving into my hidden shadows. However, I find myself busy creating the launch of two amazing programs and immersing myself in creating their content. There was a constant tug-of-war between what my mind wanted and what my energy truly needed. Can you relate to that?

I'm grateful for the reminder from grandmother moon! As you may know, my passion lies in teaching women how to align with the natural flow of energy. Now, I've decided to deepen this lesson for myself by integrating the wisdom of the moon into my business processes and schedule. I have a strong feeling that it will be a game changer as I plan for the coming year. And guess what? It will greatly benefit you too if you desire more ease, flow, and abundance in your life.

If you're curious about how the moon's cycle can enhance your business planning cycles, I invite you to book a conversation with me. Let's explore how you can harness this ancient wisdom to create more harmony and success in your own life and business.

5 reasons why the new moon is the perfect time to set new intentions

  1. Quiet contemplation:  Things tend to be more quiet when it's dark.  It's a great time to pour yourself your favourite tea, sit comfortably to stare at the stars, and meditate on what YOU really truly want to experience.  It will be easier to hear your own thoughts and the nudges from Spirit in the calm quiet night.

  2.  Energy of potential:  The dark of the moon is like a garden pot filled with fresh, fragrant, rich, dark soil.  Can you feel the possibility of everything you can create?  Now, you can't plant the seeds for ALL your ideas in this same pot; your job is to pick one or two key projects or ideas you'd like to grow this month.

  3.  Connecting with the Mystery:  Watching the moon and connecting with her cycles will remind you that you are bigger than your circumstances.  You're bigger than your struggles, and there's always the potential to start fresh.  You're a maker of magic, a soul having a physical experience.  You are standing under this moon and the stars like so many thousands of women around the globe, and millions of women before you.  You are not alone.

  4.  Power of choice: Make sure you're ready to tend to your intentions and nourish them all month through ritual and aligned action.  You have the freedom to choose.  Are you ready to do the work involve in the co-creation process? If not, let that intention go back to the void and choose an other that inspires you and that feels achievable in the lunation cycle. You have the power to delegate and to say no to activities that will detract you; and the power to accept offers that will help your desires grow.  This is where you choose how your actions will align with your intentions.  This is where you empower yourself to create your life's adventures.

  5.  Discipline and ritual: Connecting with the moon every day, or at least once a month, will give you a sense of structure and routine.  Let it become a ritual, and a time where NO MATTER WHAT you will stop your busy-ness and reflect on your needs, your desires, and what you intend to create.  The more you develop this discipline, the more it will feel natural, and the more you will return to a more graceful way of living.

I'd love to hear from you.
